1. The letting period is a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 weeks

2. Arrival is usually from 12 noon on Monday. Departure is usually 10.00 a.m. on Monday but this is open to negotiation.

3. The maximum number of occupants must not exceed 4.

4. Children under 12 years of age are not usually accepted but this is open to negotiation.

5. No animals are allowed.

6. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment except on the balcony.

7.The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive and the beds will be made with fresh bed linen. You will be provided with a set of clean towels and in addition a spare set of bed linen and towels will be provided.

We do not provide cleaning or laundering during your stay, but there is a washing machine for your convenience.
